Janitor/Housekeeper - Per Diem [United States]


 Under general supervision, the Janitor/Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the community per established policies, procedures, Company standards of quality, cleanliness, resident satisfaction, safety and security and regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times.

Compensation: $16.85 - $18.10 based on experience

To be successful in the role, you would have:
The standard methods, materials, and equipment employed in custodial work and safe work practices relating to custodial equipment and cleaning agents.

Knowledge of floor cleaning machines.

Methods, materials, tools and standard practices for cleaning and maintaining public buildings.

Cleans bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, showers and floors; replenishes paper supplies and soap as necessary.

Cleans kitchen areas, including counter tops, floors, appliances and sinks.

Dusts and cleans desks and other furniture, doors, baseboards and windowsills.
