Hilton's Commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. These functions are the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are key to Hilton's ability to drive profitable growth.
What will I be doing?
The Americas Marketing team at Hilton is looking for a strategic and innovative marketer with experience in scaling teams to support the needs of key partners. As the Director of Hotel Level Marketing Services, their responsibility will be to design, implement, and lead the development of a tiered agency model SLAs that cater to the individual marketing needs of hotels. Once the model is established, this role will transition into a people leadership and commercially focused role.

This individual will partner with other teams to further define the needs of the Americas Hotels and develop a service model to support them in their marketing efforts.
More specifically, you will:
- Build an outstanding Marketing service model for Americas hotels
- Develop program brand strategy, identity, and associated brand guidelines
- Work with hotels, owners, key partners, and customers to ensure the proposed org structure and service model fit the hotel needs
- Coordinate with RMCC and HRCC for tiered service support structure recommendation, including discussion of integrated hotel support, shared resources, and cross-functional alignment.
- Determine fees/retainer based on the budget needed for the in-house Marketing team, agency support team, and tech improvements
- Work with Sr. Director of Hotel Level Marketing to validate the appropriate roles and responsibilities are clearly defined between Hilton and the agency
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, MarTech, Enterprise Marketing, Distribution, Social Media, and Creative Services ensuring the success of the team structure
- Build out the sub-teams of support and then lead them within the Americas Marketing organization.
- Deliver strategic guidance, campaign optimization, and performance analysis that will drive the commercial business of these properties
- Manage the long-term agency relationship and ensure a smooth partnership with Hilton and the hotels

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years in a coordinated marketing planning and strategy role, with a focus on marketing services or operations
- Four (4) years leading multi-functional projects or strategic business initiatives
- Excellent leadership and team management experience
- Travel 30%

- BS/BA Bachelor's Degree
