Required Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Performs a thorough and complete preanesthetic assessment; obtains informed consent
Formulates, implements and adjusts th e anesthesia plan of care
Provides anesthesia care
Provides education regarding anesthesia care
Performs pain assessment
Identifies changes or high risk situations in patient’s condition;
Transfers the responsibility for the care of the patient assuring continuity of care
Demonstrates knowledge and use of equipment
Patients cared for include: infants, children, adolescent, adult and geriatric
State license status must be currently active
Minimum 1 year experience required
