Pharmacy Compounding Connection, (PCC) is seeking exceptionally talented Sales Representatives with a minimum 2 years of experience selling in the medical industry! . The position is available full time or can be worked as an adjunct to your current employment (completely confidential) Utilize your existing network of medical professionals to realize a high six figures income. This is an Independent Contractor position allowing you the freedom to work within and beyond your existing territory and the ability to leverage an uncapped earning potential. The position does not require a daily commute, however bi weekly or monthly teleconferencing may be required.

The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, willing to work independently and have established relationships with Practitioners specializing in pain management, orthopedics, bariatric, sports medicine, rheumatology, podiatrists, pediatrics, wound care, diabetes, OB-GYN, family practitioners, internists, plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, and ENT’s.
Responsibilities include:
- Time Management
- Professional dress
- Effective call scheduling
- Telephone and email etiquette
- Build effective business relationships with health care partners
- Expand upon existing medical relationships
- Prospect for new business
- Develop marketing strategies
- Cold calling health care professionals to set up appointments
- Expand product knowledge
- Distribute information to health care professionals
- 20% commission + incentive increases based on monthly production
- 100% of original commissions paid on all refills
- Quarterly and annual bonuses paid to top producers.
