We seek energetic, self-directed, customer-oriented, motivated individua! ls to become part of our expanding Client Services Team. Amkai! Solutions is a rapidly growing software company that provides Business Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions for the Ambulatory Surgical Center space.
Must be willing to travel over 50% and have good computer acumen. The position is entry/mid-level, and AmkaiSolutions will provide complete training for the right candidates.
Business Office Trainers: AmkaiOffice is the leading solution for Ambulatory Surgical Center's business operation management. We provide end-to-end functionality across all operational departments, including scheduling, registration, billing, revenue cycle, inventory, more. If you have experience in administrative functions within a Physician's practice, surgery center, or hospital, and have great communication skills, this position may be the career shift you've been looking for.
Electronic Health Record Trainers: AmkaiCharts is the leading solution for Ambulatory Surgical Center's clinical! operation management. We provide end-to-end functionality across all operational departments, including pre-operative, intra-operative, post-op/PACU, anesthesia, physician orders and notes, and much more. If you have experience in nursing, medical assistant, or you have medical records exposure within a Physician's practice, surgery center, or hospital, and have great communication skills, this position may be the career shift you've been looking for.
Requirements : Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Qualifications: Ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, excellent verbal/written communication skills and professional image. Experience in software product education & training services, and/or healthcare application support is a plus Specific knowledge of Medical Billing and / or Clinical Workflow and Terminology a plus.
