Provide direct anesthesia services to the hospital, clinic, and related departments to the standards required by the facilities.

REQUIRE! D KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Education/Experience:

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing plus graduation from an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesiology, usually an 18-24 month course. Must be certified as a Registered Nurse and as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the State where working.

• Technical Skills:

Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Must be able to comprehend policies, patient records, physician’s orders, procedures and guidelines.

• Other qualifications/certifications/license:

Competencies

Responsible for maintaining personal knowledge and skills in order to demonstrate the achievement of position specific competencies.

DECISION MAKING LATITUDE

The position accomplishes function within established policies and procedures of Innovis Health and is expected to make care decisions within his/her scope of practice. The i! ncumbent confers with the Chief CRNA on any unusual situations! or problems.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
