Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into our systems using prescribed methods and tools.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the entered data.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Proficient in using data entry software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors and inconsistencies.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of data security and confidentiality protocols.
Preferred Skills:
