- Communication and co-ordination between Customer, Operation Staff and others party related directly with operation.
- Ensure all documents related to Customs clearance are sufficient.
- Preparation and submission customs form thru SMK system.
- Key-in all forwarding shipment details in ICCL system.
- To carry job responsibility as instructed by the superior.
