We are seeking an organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic Kitchen Officer to coordinate the Mathers House Dining Program and assist the positive Ageing program.
THE ROLE
This role coordinates the Mathers House Dining Program in order to assist in the provision of positive ageing services and activities for older people at Mathers House and Criterion House.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An appropriate Certificate level qualification coupled with practical experience in kitchen
management or Community Sector.

The successful candidate will be part of the Community Program Unit in the Connected City Division. The role will be located at Mathers House.
PAY AND CONDITIONS
The Two Years Fixed Term Contract - Part-time (25 hours per week) position is classified as Municipal Officer, Level 2, under the Hobart City Council Enterprise Agreement 2021. The salary range is $ 65,863 (pro rata) plus 12.5% Superannuation.
