- The core functions of this role are:
- Plan, lead and perform investigations of allegations of fraud or misconduct in accordance with Internal Audit Department (IAD) policy and applicable professional standards. Includes investigation scoping, planning, fieldwork (document analysis, interviews, field visits, oversight of staff, etc.). Provide clear and concise reports (verbal and written) of findings and recommendations to the Internal Audit Head and to relevant management related to findings and necessary corrective actions (40%);
- Collaborate with management to provide anti-fraud consulting and advisory services, ensuring that fraud risks and lessons learned from investigations are shared internally and incorporated into policies and procedures (5%);
- Support preparation of reports and presentations for management, board and Audit Committee meetings related to investigation (5%); and
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the Audit Data Analytics Team, which includes continuous auditing initiatives and data analytics use cases for IAD (50%).
Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor's Degree graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy, or related functions;
- Experience. With fraud or misconduct investigation or analysis experience of 1 year, data analytics skills is a plus;
- Skills. Self-starter, strong analytical skills, keen to details, goal-driven, time management and can do attitude;
- Working Setup. Hybrid Setup, at least 1 times a week or 5x a month of onsite working in our HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati (changes subject to the company's discretion); and
- Working Schedule. Monday to Friday, semi-flexible.
